Do youtube videos work if you change the theme to twentytwenty?

After manu research, I recognized that embeding is not enable in my wordpress site.

I tried to copy paste the video link on text editor but it was not auto embeded. So, do you know how to allow embed videos in wordpress?

The should just embed. It might help if you use the various, source-specfic blocks.

I meant what happens if you use a YouTube block? And, again, what happens if you switch the theme to twentytwenty?

I can’t switch to another theme because I don’t have a staging website. I modify directly on the live website.

You need to test this. Use the health-check plugin.

And did you test a youtube block?

I did integrate succefully the youtube video iframe but I want to auto embed video by copy paste the link.

That (copy/paste) should work, unless there’s a conflict with your theme or a plugin.

Finaly problem fixed, it’s due to new host, youtube urls coudln’t be well formated while I m connected to vpn.
