I’m unable to edit the visual side of the WYSIWYG custom field for my CPTs created by PODS. Additionally, some content created in the custom field of the CPT that were previously created are not showing up on the front end of Elementor Pro built pages and templates.

I submitted another problem over a week ago about my CPTs not showing correct spacing in Elementor Pro grids. I still haven’t received an answer on that either.

    Hi @coralbeauty

Since you are using Elementor Pro, please contact their support for any front-end questions as this is outside of the realm of Pods.

As for editing the fields. This cannot be done in the Elementor editor. You need to go to the WordPress admin interface by going to your CPT listing and edit the post direction (not in Elementor).

I will check your other topic to be sure!

    Cheers, Jory

You’ve misunderstood. I’m not editing within Elementor. I’m unable to edit the visual editor of WYSIWYG when you are in the post edit screen of WordPress. I can’t even click on it to add content to the custom field created by PODS. Please look at this again.

I’m working with you directly on this through another support channel but I’ll update this thread when it’s figured out.

It appears to be working now.  It may have resolved itself when the user capabilities were updated and I just needed to clear the browser cache to see the change.

Please feel free to update both tickets as resolved.

Thank you so much for the assistance!
