Can’t edit woocommerce products

    Hi, I’d like to know if someone have had the same problem I have right now and how it was solved…

    I’m not able to modify products created in woocommerce, after a while a get an error 500. I’ve checked this out with my hosting but I haven’t had any solution, so far.

    The thing is that I can create new products in woocommerce and watch the categories I created and so on but impossible to edit or modify older products.

    However, If I go to media and watch the pictures uploaded to one product and click the link I’m able to see the edition page.. Bit strange…

    I’ve tried to deactivate plugins, change php version to latest one but I haven’t had success ??

    Anybody could tell me how to fix this?

    Hi there,

    We’ll need a bit more information here to understand the site’s configuration.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Problem was solved, I had an issue with the plugin Facebook for woocommerce, I deactivated it and now I can edit products again, but I don’t understand very well because I have this plugin since the beggining and I’ve never had any problems like this..
