Can't edit widgets since updating to 3.9

  • I just updated my site to 3.9 and the content in my footer widget disappeared and I cannot edit/customize them–there is no drop down arrow.

  • Try disabling all plugins and try editing. If that works re-enable them one by one and see which one is incompatible. And do ensure all your plugins are up to date.
