Can’t edit or drag & drop widgets! Help! (screenshot included)

So I’m hosting my own blog and it’s been going well… but something happened and I’m unable to edit any of my widgets, meaning: there no longer is anything to click on for any of my widgets to customize. Do I need to change read / write / execute status for something? I know I was doing that earlier…
