Cant edit Visibility: Public, Sticky Edit section!

When ever I click on the edit Visibility: Public, Sticky Edit section it doesn’t work anymore it just blinks the screen like an inch down ,but doesn’t load. Doesn’t load in Safari 5, Chrome 5…
WordPress 3.
I did delete all browsing history , and even did a restart. Does it on Opera Mini on my cell phone too.
