Cant edit the homepage in WooThemes Definition theme???

Hi all,

I am trying to edit the homepage on my site https://www.poolepcs.co.uk but the theme options pannel is not offering me the ‘introductory message’ tab where i can have a welcome screen with a description etc.

This is odd as i have used woothemes before and it has been present but this time it seems to have dissapeared.

any ideas?
