Can’t edit the homepage

    The page assigned as Shop Page of Woocommerce is impossible to edit, the error “the preview could not be loaded” is displayed.
    For example if I use the shop1 page as Shop Page this is no longer editable but if I don’t use the same page as a Shop Page I can edit it without problems, this happens with any page that is assigned as a Shop Page, can anyone tell me why?

  • Hey,
    When you designate a shop page gets taken over by WooCommerce.

    And the normal page loop is completely bypassed. This is what makes it difficult to do anything in Elementor on this page.

    Unfortunately, you can’t edit the page directly just with Elementor, you’ll need additional tools to do that.

    I bypassed the problem by assigning a dummy page to the shop page and changing the link of the checkout “return to shop” button to redirect to another page, thanks.
