Can’t edit text widget

    Hi,
    I can’t edit text in the plugin : content and text editor are not clickable.

    How can I fix that ?

    Moreover, everything or almost is in english. How can I do to translate in french without using a translation plugin ?

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    For the first issue, this problem may cause by a conflict CSS with a 3rd plugin or theme on your site. Please try to use only WooCommerce and our plugin to detect the conflict.

    For the second issue, all texts can be typed directly, you can create your email templates in your language.

    Could other mail cutomiser descativated plugins create conflicts with your plugin or are they have to be activated to create conflict ?

    We are back to work after the weekend, thanks for your waiting.
    I am not sure what you mean, and can not say for sure which cause this problem. In this case, please just activate our plugin and WooCommerce, and check again whether the problem persists.

    Hi,

    As you did not help me much with my issue, I had to choose another plugin.
    And I still do think that there was incompatibility with my plugins and yours.
    I’m closing this topic.
