Can’t edit text in templates

Thanks for using YayMail, normally when you click a text widget, the left side bar should give you the option to edit them. You can learn more here:

Also, I do not understand what you mean by this “list compliant” ? Please elucidate!

Below, here is what I’ve got on edit text:

PADDING:
Top Left Right Bottom
BACKGROUND COLOR
Select Color
TEXT COLOR
Select Color
FONT FAMILY

There’s nothing about the content and modify it. Is it possible to change the pre-definite text or not ? How ?

I can’t add the screenshots I’ve taken, I’ve not succeeded in putting them in this mail.

In fact, when I select the text by default, I can’t change it.
Same thing when I add a new widget text.
I thought the plugin would be like Elementor : you click on the widget and you can change the content on a left window which opens.

How can I do to make changes ?

Thanks for writing back to us, but I’m sorry, I just can’t be able to picture what you are describing without seeing a screencast or good screenshot showing this issue?

You can take screenshot, then upload to cloud like; Google drive, Dropbox etc. Then create a link and attach here.

Also, maybe you just need to learn about how the plugin works to get beyond this, please refer to the documentation:

I looked at a video and below the font family there a is a window containing the text ready to change. I do not have this window that’s why I can’t edit. What can I do ? Is it possible that your plugin is in conflict with the others on my site ?
Is it also possible to translate manually some elements in french without using another plugin (for instance, WPLM) ?
And the currency is not right too and I want to change it in euros.

If you only use one language (e.g French), you only need type that language into the mail template. To change text of table genarated from WooCommerce, you can use https://monosnap.com/file/7FNlYaPh8UXnqs0cCHgEio3ZJnnq2h

As you can see, I do not have the window and settings to change texts.

For currency and other elements in english it’s ok: it appears in french when I preview my orders instead of the default ones.
