Can’t edit submissions

Dear RegistrationMagic support,
I’m Richard. I found that the “Edit This Submission” function is not showing anywhere no matter in the dashboard or user area like the following image link:
I suppose that this feature may be available only for premium member, but I cannot find any documentation or info on the Internet or RM website. Please let me know if it’s just as what I think.
