Can't edit some text in text editor

Hi I am unable to edit some text boxes on my existing page. For example, I can’t edit the box that says “The Golden Gateway to Thailand is packed… https://www.gatewaytothailand.club/buy-golden-gateway-thailand-book/

I also cannot edit the text block that says “Many say Thailand is AMAZING…'” https://www.gatewaytothailand.club/gold-member-info-page/

I get a grey control screen that slowly opens up but it’s blank with no controls. I’ve tried exiting and re-entering but to no effect.

Any help would be appreciated.
