• I started working on a site of one of my clients that uses the visual composer plugin and i can’t seem to be able to make it work as it should.

I’m on Ubuntu 14.04 and Firefox but I also tried with Chrome with no luck.

I cannot change some of the properties of the elements because it won’t let me click on them, as if they were overlapping, in this case i need to edit the “Nested accordion section” but when i hover on top of the section to edit it it will only let me edit the whole “Nested accordion” so i cannot edit the title of the section and it remains as it is.

    Here are some screenshots.

Please i really need to fix this for my client.

    Thanks.

  • It would be best to post a support request in Visual Composer’s forums, as most volunteers who try to help with the WordPress forums will not have access to commercial products sold through CodeCanyon. This approach also helps commercial developers better manage their product.

Hi Chris, thank you for your advice.
I considered asking on those forums before trying my luck here. This site was already made by another webmaster that doesn’t work for them anymore and i don’t have access to any purchase codes or the previous webmaster’s contact info.
I am on my own here and i need to find a way to fix this or i might lose my job. Can you give me a hand?

    Thanks

@octohedron: your only option is to contact https://support.wpbakery.com/ and plead your case there. WordPress has nothing to do with premium, third party plugins.

How can i plead my case if i don’t have a purchase code to create an account? The plugin is used by a lot of people, are you sure nobody here can help?

You will want to contact CodeCanyon’s parent company, Envato, and explain the situation to them. I believe the link is: https://support.envato.com
As explained in the thread I referenced (and reiterated by @songdogtech), the forums here are for non-commercial plugin and non-commercial theme support.
