Can't Edit Sidebar Placement

    I’m able to see the “where” options popup when pressing that button on a test site. It sounds like you might have a conflicting plugin.

    Could you try deactivating other plugins for a quick moment to see if that’s the case?

    If that sorts it, you can simply re-activate them one-by-one to find where the conflict is occurring.
