Can’t edit profile

    Hello,

    I have created a website for my client to setup WooCommerce, LearnPress and Ultimate Member. The user is created on the checkout page with woocommerce, however the problem is that the created user can’t edit their profile although the permission to edit profile is given to that user role.

    User created from the admin panel are working fine. Can you please help me with this?

    Sorry for the late response.

    How many roles are assigned to the user after successfully checking out with Woo? If there’s more than 1 role, you must set one of the roles as Primary role by adding Priority Number in the User Role settings.
