Cant Edit products or pages in my admin anymore

I have just upgraded to 4.0 and now I am having an issue with the admin and editing products. When I go into a product and click to edit a grey overlay comes over the screen I can then click again and it goes away. I can click update or add but I cant edit in the text box on anything.
I tried this (below) and it did not resolve the issue

Comment this block in wp-e-commerce/wpsc-admin/js/admin.js
