Can’t edit product Tag descriptions

In my list of tags, I can see the descriptions I have previously entered. When I enter the edit screen, the description field is not visible for editing. I can switch between visual/text but the blank area persists. Tried on four browsers and it’s always the same result. Any suggestions?
