Can't edit posts and pages anymore

  • With the latest version of WordPress and this plugin I can’t edit pages and posts anymore…

    When I want to update a page it is loading for a very long time and after a while I get this page:

    Are you sure you wanna do this?

    Try again.

    Why is this happening and how can I fix this?
    I also cant acces my wp-admin anymore so I have to login with wp-login.php

    Can anybody help me?
