Hi

I’m trying to edit some pages, but when I click to edit I just get this ( a blank page):

I tried the Troubleshooting Mode plugin to find any issue, but I got the same result from the start with every plugin disabled.

The other issue is that I can’t edit the footer on my page.

The side bar is blank as you can see.

how to fix those issues ?

I am unable to replicate these issues. I can edit all my pages and access the theme Customizer (Footer) settings. Here is a screencast for your reference:

To further troubleshoot this and test for browser conflict, please log in to your dashboard on an incognito or different browser and see if the issue persists.

I have the same issue in other browsers and incognito.

That is odd.

I looked at your browser console errors and I see a lot of script issues where some properties are even undefined.

Usually this happens when there is a conflict. Could be a custom script or a plugin conflict altogether. Please go through this so we can assess further.
1. Check for plugin conflict: Sometimes, plugins can be the source of this issue. Disable your plugins one by one and check if the error disappears after each deactivation. This will help you identify if a specific plugin is causing the problem:
