Can’t edit page with widget active

  • When trying to edit this page with the active A-Z Widget we just get a blank page and can’t get any further. This page is created using Divi editor and we are running plugin version 1.7.2. If I deactivate the plugin the site editor works fine.

    That sounds suspiciously like you’re missing the mbstring or some other PHP module on your server, which my plugin depends upon (the usual suspect is mbstring). If I’m right then there should be a message in the server’s error_log which details why the page died.
