Can't edit page publishing status

  • I’m not sure exactly when this started, however I’ve been seeing that in editing pages, I can’t change between published and private status. Clicking any of the three edit options does not expand to the different options. This only seems to happen on pages, as editing posts in the same fashion works with no issues. I’m using WP 3.5.1 , and in testing, found that disabling all plugins did not change anything, and was able to replicate the issue on multiple browsers on multiple operating systems. While I’m not sure if this has to do with the issue, when I enabled debug mode, this was on top of the edit page:

    For the time being, I’ve been manually editing the database, but I really would rather not do this, especially since I’m not the only one who works on the site. If anyone can provide any insight, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • What theme are you using? Do you have this problem in twentytwelve with all plugins deactivated?

    I didn’t test with twentytwelve, I use ifeaturepro 4 (am planning to upgrade to 5 soon, was waiting for them to work out their kinks with WP 3.5 and then got lost with other things in the wait). It looks like it works as intended when I turned on twentytewlve both without and with my plugins. This leads me to believe that it’s that theme combined with 3.5, as I know there was a time it worked with no issues but I don’t believe that was during this year. I’ll get the theme upgraded and see how things go from there. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
