• Hi – not sure what I did but when I go to my site https://www.rentadrill.com I get a page that can’t be edited. I want to add a short code for a contact form and comment box.

If I click on all the menu tabs I set up – those pages have edit buttons.

    Thanks!

    Herb

  • Your home page is set to display the latest blog posts. I’m guessing you don’t have any.
If you want to have a static page, I would create a new page, and then go to Appearance > reading and choose “use a static page” for the home page and select the page you want as your home.

Thanks Christine! That is exactly what I did (deleted my only post).

If it’s not too much trouble (and within your baliwick) How would I go about having a permanent form placed on that page while post(s)sort of came and went?

    Thank you!

    Herb

You could create a post with a form and make it sticky. That way it would always be at the top. Or you could make a custom template with a couple of queries but that requires a bit more php know-how.

    Good luck
