Can’t edit order and missing sales tax

    I have an order that was paid via Paypal, I only authorize, so the order is on hold. The order has 80+ items. Two of those items were not charged sales tax. I verified that those items are marked as taxable. Also, I am not able to edit this order at all. I cannot correct the missing tax, nor can I correct the shipping amount as it is less then the cart quoted.

    Is the PayPal plugin you are using WooCommerce PayPal Payments?

    Do you have other payment gateways on this site? (such as WooPayments, Stripe, Square, etc)

    Are you able to run a test order with the same products as this one to try to replicate the issue with both PayPal and another payment gateway?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
