Can’t Edit or Delete the attachment

  • Hi,
    How can I allow the user to delete or edit their attachment in the post/reply? I set in the Advanced Tab but I can’t see the link or button for user to edit the attachment.

    Based on this image, they should be able to see the links to delete or detach attachments inside the topic/reply. Can you post the screenshot of topic or reply (not edit screen!)?

    Hello,
    I have modified your code to show the link for deleting the attachment yesterday. So, now it shows the URL for delete or detaches already.

    Before that, it shows the delete or detach link only for File Attachment (I test with pdf file). But Image attachment is shown only image thumbnail.

    As you can see, it has only image but no link for delete or detach ??

    Thanks. I can’t reproduce this problem. Also, why the thumbnail is so big in your case? Is this due to the settings of the plugin image preview or something else?

    Hi,
    The thumbnail size is big because i set in the plugin to display bigger ??

    Did you check the setting?(Not advanced)

    Dashboard > Plugin: GD bbPress Attachments setting
    > images > Display of image attachments > With caption ?checked
