Can't edit or delet udate tweets?

I’ve been using this awesome plugin for a while.
The only issue I’ve got with it is that when I post new update tweet to a particular post and refresh the page I then can not edit any of those new update tweets.
When I click on the edit or delete buttons I get redirected to my home page.
If I try to delete or edit before refreshing the page everything works fine.
I need to delete or edit some of my updates tweets when a particular event I’m covering ends just to get red of unnecessary updates and archive the event coverage with after making proper editions.
any idea?
