Can’t edit my own profile

    I am an admin on the site, and I was able to edit my own profile, but now when I click on it the page just refreshes. I can edit everything else on the wp site, including the groups etc, but not my profile.

    I’ve created another new user, and when I login with that user I am unable to edit the user’s profile. I can see my new user in the group, but when I click on the name, the page just refreshes.

    Also, going to the My Profile does the same thing, just refreshes the page, cannot edit profile.

    Hello @wvllc,

    Please make sure that you have configured the “Profile Page” from “User Profiles >> Global Settings >> General” in the dashboard.

     Also, could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Then check if the issue is still there.   

    If the issue is still occurring, we will require access details for your site to get a better analysis and help deliver you quick solution.
