Can't Edit My Front Page

    I am having difficulty figuring out how to edit the content on my front page. I’ve seen lots of discussion about creating a copy of the home page but I am unsure if that is what I need to do.

    My home page now is a static front page using the Thesis 2.2 theme.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
