    Can you please check whats the actual error by making WP_DEBUG option in WP-config.php file to true.

    Hello acheshier,

    To turn WP_DEBUG option on in your WordPress Installation, you need to edit your wp-config.php file in your WordPress install directory.

    In your wordpress folder in file wp-config.php , replace

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); with this,

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
