• So our company had another company build a website for us a few years back. I am trying to edit the site header menu and I cannot find it in any of the options. I have built other sites and know my way around WordPress. I’m guessing that it is some custom menu that is built using CSS or something. Any way someone could help me find this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Did you check if it’s using a child theme? (so an external custom style.css file)

The Theme the site is using is Twenty Sixteen

You have to go in the cPanel > File manager > public_html > wp-content > theme (or themes I don’t remmeber) and check if there’s a custom theme folder, style.css file or something like that

No there should be a child theme (at least I downloaded the TwentySixteen folder and on your website there’s any other style.css file).

Check your wordpress dashboard > Theme > Customize > Custom CSS if there’s some custom code.

I know, I checked it using the dev console of chrome. Try to check if there’s some custom css on the theme custom options

    I’m sorry I mistaken it’s Dashboard > Appearance > Customise > Custom CSS
