    1. Transferred a site from one domain to another using the Duplicator plugin.

    2. All elements work fine, there are no obvious errors, but when I open the page in the elementor, it is impossible to edit anything.

    3. Disabled all plugins one by one until I found out that the conflicting plugin is Jeg Elementor Kit. When it’s off, the elementor works fine, but when it’s on, you can’t edit the page.

    4. The editor itself opens, but no elements can be edited, a pencil does not appear on any element

    5. I deleted the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin and reinstalled it, it did not help

    Hello @kod7eks,

We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. It looks like the error log you provided is incomplete, can you copy-paste it again into Pastebin?

Then, usually, if there is a problem in the Elementor Editor, it will display an error log in the browser console. Can you copy-paste the error on Pastebin as well?

Previously we tried to migrate using the Duplicator plugin by Snap Creek, but we didn’t have this kind of issue. For now, we assume that maybe one of the Elements/Widgets is causing the conflict, to be sure you can try disabling all Elements/Widgets by going to the Jeg Elementor Kit -> Elements menu.

Before trying the methods above, we hope you can back up all your data first (including databases, files, etc.) so that it can be recovered in case of unwanted errors.

    Thank You

    * Today I’ll try to turn off one element at a time, it’s possible to find the one that causes the conflict

    https://pastebin.com/6G1nxZzk
    Password, site name without https

Found another difference if that helps. On the old server:
MySQL version: MySQL Community Server (GPL) v5.7.34
    and on the new:
MySQL version: Percona Server (GPL), Release ’38’, Revision ‘3692a61’ v5.7.35-38
but there were no errors during the transfer, everything went fine

I disabled some elements and it helped! I share a list of what I turned off, then I started turning it on and immediately found a conflicting element, this is Search

    Hello @kod7eks,

Thanks for giving it a try. We tried using those Elements/Widgets, but we still don’t have this issue.

With your permission, if you please, can you provide the export file of the Duplicator plugin? So that we can check it in more detail in our local. To keep it private, you can send the file to Email [email protected] or [email protected].

We will wait for further news from you.

    Thank You

Sorry, my client did not allow access to the Duplicator file for security reasons, as the file contains the full settings of the live site, including the firewall settings.

    Hello @kod7eks,

All right, it’s fine, we understand that.

Then, we saw this forum mark as resolved, has this problem been solved? If you still can’t edit in the Elementor Editor when all widgets are enabled, we’ll note that in our list for further investigation.

No, I marked the problem as solved, that the solution was disabling the element ??
