    In media library, cannot edit images. (no preview comes up and if you edit and then attempt to hit save even though you can’t see anything, error “cannot create new image” is displayed.
    Siteground is saying that the error created is pointing to a wordpress.com issue, which would indicate Jetpack.
    I’ve tried toggling different options to no avail.
    What to try now?

    we really only need the social sharing and comment log in options from Jetpack. Not sure if anything else is conflicting. help.

    Hi @jennipagano,

    Are you referring to when you try to edit images in your site’s WP Admin, or on WordPress.com (via the Jetpack connection)? And is this a new problem? Your Jetpack connection looks good, so that’s a good first step.

    Can you tell us more about this?

    Siteground is saying that the error created is pointing to a wordpress.com issue, which would indicate Jetpack.

    Knowing what the exact error message is (or error log entry) would help us with troubleshooting.

    Finally, issues like this are often caused another plugin that is conflicting with Jetpack. I know it is less than ideal, but can you temporarily disable all of your plugins (leaving Jetpack active), and see if you’re able to modify images?
