    Hi,
    I can edit other pages, but not homepage. getting this: wp-admin/post.php?post=85&action=elementor

    I got this info from Siteground technician:
    This error is being caused by your WooCommerce plugin. The following function:

    wc_get_chosen_shipping_method_ids()

    How do I fix this?
    All other pages are possible to edit, but not Home page. Additionally woocommerce sidebars I had created are erased. I’m afraid that other functions does not erase.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • WooCommerce has nothing to do with Elementor. Reaching out to Elementor for support might be the best bet here.

    As for the error it’s hard for any of us to debug this with no screenshots.

    @scandinaviannerd We are unable to provide support for other plugins, or errors originated from interactions between WooCommerce and third-party plugins.

    Like suggested above, I’d recommend reaching out to the Elementor team.

    I made it
    But Siteground was telling this was due to woocommerce. This happened under sitetransfer or under woocommerce update.
    My site and woocommerce sidebars are erased.

    There’s too many variables here, but I can assure you this wasn’t because of the framework.

    If while you were updating the framework you had a time out due to server connectivity and it didn’t update properly would be on the host, not WooCommerce.

    Same goes for migration.

    If you have a backup of the site with sidebars then install that into a temporary domain on Siteground and see if you can grab them.
