Can’t edit header

    Created a site to show company how it will look like with all with their info. Now then i showed it i need to change everything, phone number, companies photo etc. But i cant edit it anymore. Then I try to edit it i can edit everying below menu bar but nothing above. I am not even geting that blue border around block.
