Can’t edit forms

My tables have gone haywire. They look wrong and I can’t edit them. For instance the type in the table in the page above. Shouldn’t be white. The table should be full width and the borders shouldn’t be double lines. There seems to be several other people having similar sorts of issues. What is going on?
