can't edit footer section

at our end we have four footer-widgets.

In our case, the child brown did not inherit the 4 footer options from weblizar. https://www.davesfloorandmore.com/

I had Bluehost check and in the widgets there was only one footer widget area, and in the editor it didn’t inherit the 4 from weblizar. I don’t need them but it was a big mystery and Bluehost said it was not typical of WordPress design.
