Can't edit fields

so i deleted the plugin and then reinstalled it with my personal download link. I am still unable to edit the fields when making a form. Do I need a new download link?

i have the same problem. is my personal download link has the latest version? my support has been overdue already. Also, if I remove and reinstall the plugin, will my data and forms will be deleted? Please advise. Thank you.

Your personal download link should return always the latest version of the plugin. If your support is related to request an updated version or related to the installation of the updated version you can request it at https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support even if it is out of the free support period.

The forms and data won’t be lost during the re-installation, you can overwrite the plugin files or also delete the previous version and install it via Plugins >> Add New >> Upload, the forms won’t be lost in the process.

I see where you can edit the fields but it’s not changing on the site, any ideas?
