cant edit existing or new survey

    I have successfully created a survey, and am trying to create a 2nd one on the same site, though now keep getting the 403 message, and cant edit the existing one.I have enabled cookies and allowed the site in the settings (tried both IE and firefox) my powr account doesn’t show any plugins downloaded so cant direct edit from there. Not sure what to look at now ??

    Sorry you are having trouble and would like to get this resolved for you right away. This usually happens when you are logged in to POWr with a different email than your account that you used to create the plugin (https://www.powr.io/knowledge-base/239).

    If you are still having trouble, can you send a link to your site if possible, and the email you’ve used to create the account? You can create a ticket on our Knowledge Base.
