Can't edit, delete, or move questions

  • Using version 2.0.5 on WP 4.2.2. This is my first time using. I created a survey and want to edit a couple questions and delete another. Nothing happens when I click either the Edit or Delete buttons. Literally nothing.

    I’ve tried multiple recent version browsers but no change. Ideas? I’d like to get this survey published PDQ but am stuck.

    Howdy Dave,

    That is most surely a JavaScript conflict with another plugin. Are you familiar with your browser’s developer tools? If so, what JavaScript errors do you see in the console? What happens when you switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Fifteen and deactivate all other plugins except Awesome Surveys?

    Good questions. I’ll have to dig into that deeper and see what comes up.
