Can’t edit custom post type categories if “Edit posts” not enabled

Hi,

I have a custom user role that should access only the “Network” custom post type and should not see the other post types.

The Network post type has it’s own capabilties, but for some reason if I don’t leave edit posts enables, but that gives the user access to the posts post type and I’d like to avoid that.
