“I’m trying to edit or add content, but the content box is disabled. When I tried to edit using Elementor, I encountered this error: screenshot link.

However, Elementor works fine with my theme’s posts and pages. I also tested it with the Hello Elementor theme, but the issue remains the same.”

  • I am having this same issue on my site.

    Hi @sitebland

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please specify which page you are trying to edit using Elementor? Providing a screenshot of the issue would be very helpful for diagnosing the problem.

Additionally, ensure that the required settings for editing with Elementor are enabled by following this documentation: Tutor LMS Elementor Integration Guide.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Maizul

“Each time I try to add a new course, I notice that the Course Description box is disabled, and only the HTML format is working. After that, when I try to edit with Elementor , I encounter the first issue I mentioned.

    Hi,

Please ensure the following settings when editing with Elementor:

    1. Enable the required settings as shown in this screenshot: Settings Screenshot.
    2. Ensure you are using the official Tutor LMS 3.0 version along with the Tutor LMS Elementor Add-On 3.0 from the www.remarpro.com repository. Any version mismatch could cause conflicts.
    3. Make sure you’re using the WP editor when working on the course description. Alternatively, you can switch to Legacy Mode and check if there is any content inside the description box.

Let me know if the issue persists after these steps, and we can look into further solutions.

    Best regards,
    Maizul
