can’t edit cart menu

Hi, i can’t edit the cart menu (wishlist, account, cart, search).

For instance, the wishlist icon points to a themehunk url.

Also, the icons tooltips appears in english, how can i translate them to spanish.

I couldn’t find any way to edit this menu.
