Can't edit blog homepage

I have a blog hosted through iPage that i’m trying to get up and running. I set something up a couple of months ago with a post or two but can’t change the content of the homepage I’m taken to when clicking the upper left link. I even uninstalled and reinstalled WordPress but the same header and youtube video post are still up on the site. Strangely, I don’t even have anything listed under my Pages or Posts. How do I access/edit/delete this stuff (link is below)?
