Can’t edit any post or article: page not aligned menu in center of page

    Dear all,
    it’s the first time i wrote.
    i have checked on the support forum but i haven’t found any hint so i have decided to explicitly ask.
    the problem arises with 4.9.3 and i upgrade to 4.9.4 hoping to solve the issue.
    When i try to edit a page or an article the editor page appear all confused.
    The left menubar is shifted in the center of the page …all the widget to edit the article are disaligned on the web page and cannot be used. They are “under the menu” The menù appear without string but only icon.
    The issue “happens” only for standard wordpress element. If i try to edit an element created by plugin ( a review or a pricing table i mean for example) no problem at all.
    Only for standard elements
    We obviously did not complete any upgrade or installation to the system.
    As a light in the blue pages are not well displayed.
    We suffer the problem with chrome on windows and safari or firefox on macOS

    If i could attach some screenshot maybe the issue would better explained. How can i do ?

    The site is up and running ..only backend has problem

    Can anyone help us ?

    This seems to be a plugin problem. Try deleting the director wp-content/plugins/colored-tags-tag-cloud-widget via FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager.
