    I’m assuming the “Edit” link that pops up under the ads within a group is supposed to allow me to edit the weight. Instead, I click it and nothing happens at all.

    I have two ads and they both have 10 beside them. I’m still in testing phase, but I’d like to see what happens when I alter the weights.

    Also, the weights don’t seem to behave fairly. I can load the page with the same ad group displayed 5 times on the page. One ad of the group will show 4 times, and the other only once. I just tried reloading the page 10 times. Ad 1 was consistently outweighed by Ad 2. 3:2 or 4:1 on every load. Is that just a fluke and it truly is random and enough page loads would eventually even things out?

    Thanks!

    Checked the console in google chrome for the problem. I do indeed get an error:

    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
    …/wp-content/plugins/advanced-ads/admin/assets/js/inline-edit-group-ads.js?ver=1.3.1

    Any ideas? This happens on my local testing server and the remote server.

    LOL!!!! Nevermind. It was my ad blocker extension. Oh, the irony! LOL!!!!!

    Interesting that everything else about the plugin AND the ads worked fine. Just that one js file having to do with editing the weights was blocked. Weird.

    Thanks for reporting and posting the solution ??

    I will add it to my FAQs.

    Ad Blockers have different filters. One of them might simply block files that contain the word “ads” or “ads.js” from being loaded. Since, at the moment, no such file is needed in the frontend, everything works fine.
