    Have you recently installed any new plugins? Oftentimes a plugin conflict can cause this issue.

    Can you go to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Show Geeky Options > Enable Debug Mode (safe PHP errors)? Then, go back to the Newsletters page and try to duplicate a newsletter. There should be an error message at the top of the screen.

    Hi there, same problem happening to me. I get a 404 every time I try to duplicate newsletter… I’ve tried what you’ve suggested above but doesn’t help! Still going straight to 404…. it used to work perfectly. Haven’t installed any new plug ins.

    Hi, I have the same problem, when I try to duplicate or delete a newsletter I get “403 Forbidden Access is forbidden to the requested page:” on a blank page.

    I use wordpress 4.2.3 and MailPoet 2.6.16, no other plugin is active and theme is Twenty Fifteen (it’s a fresh install of wordpress)

    It seems to come from the new version of your plugin.

    Have you guys disabled all plugins and change themes to default ones?

    Guys, try to add this piece of code to the beginning of your .htaccess file that sits in the root directory of your WordPress installation:

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
      SecFilterEngine Off
      SecFilterScanPOST Off
    </IfModule>

    I put your code in .htaccess and I have the same problem (Page not found 404) , and more…..

    I created a new newsletter and in preview, it is a blank page, I can not save and I have an error page that begins: “Request error not JSON….

    We are still investigating this issue.

    Any news? This ticket is rather old already and we still experience this problem.

    We noticed that when the above code snippet doesn’t work (mod_security), the reason is that our users are on a server that uses LiteSpeed instead of Apache. Please get in touch with your host support to fix that.

    I’m running into this problem too — and it’s been working perfectly up until now. No recent plugins installed.

    Me too, same problem. Can’t duplicate newsletters, can’t save them, can’t test send them.
    Tried disabling all plugins and enabling default theme, no change. Tried adding code to .htaccess described above, no change.

    When duplicating a newsletter I get an 404 error

    When I try to test send an e-mail in Settings > Sending I also get an error: Request error not JSON: <!DOCTYPE html>

    <title>Page can’t be found</title>

    I have error 404 when i want delete ou duplicate a newsletter.

    admin.php?page=wysija campaigns&id=16&action=delete& wpnonce=eb60eafae0

    I have 4.3.1 wordpress.

    Can you help me ?
