Can’t drag in Pro widget DESPITE license activation

  • Hello Elementors,

    I cannot use any of the PRO widget despite I activated my pro license a month ago for each of my three registered domains. Now the license has expired and PRO widgets are not usable at all.

    The domains are still registered with Elementor, the free elementor plugin is up-to-date. There’s no update to the pro plugin at the moment but of course i know I couldn’t update the pro plugin as my license has expired.

    The support doc claims that I should be able to use pro widgets after license has expired **IF** I activate the license before it expires, which I did and the widgets worked fine until the license expired.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
