Can’t download uploaded files

Hi,

I bought the Pro version and uploading a files works fine. But when I download an uploaded file and then I try to open this file (I am using a Mac) I get an error message “Can’t open this file. This file type is not supported or the file is damaged (for example because its send as an attachment in an e-mail and not coded properly”.

I just can’t open the files after I downloaded it. .JPG, .PNG. .PDF, etc. can’t be opened. When I try to download the same file via FTP it works fine. I hope you can help me with this.
