Virus warning: shell add on zip file

    Microsoft Defender Antivirus won’t let me download the shell add on zip file. Message reads: Failed – Virus detected.

    Defender shows this message because of the shell_exec function call in the plugin. For this reason it was added as separate add-on instead of including it in the core plugin.

    If you deactivate Defender you can then download the zip file, then install it.

    The shell_exec function cannot be called directly without the correct permissions, and is only used to install the certificate.
