Can’t Download PDFs once it’s active

    Hello,

    When I activate the plugin from woocommerce tab, my clients cannot download the pdf files. any idea why?

    Hi there Hamid,

    I’m going to need a lot more information from you. What versions WP, WooCommerce and WaterWoo are you running? What are your watermarking settings? Are your PDFs version 1.4 and older? If they are newer than that, the plugin will not work. So, let’s start there. If you want the quickest answer, please email a temporary admin user login to littlepackage at gmail dot com. I will take a look and you can delete the user later.
