Can't download my backup

  • I have the same problem! A backup system which doesn’t allow you access to the backups is useless!

    I have the same problem – have either of you figured out a solution?

    Nope. No response or support for this plug-in. I have abandoned it and started using UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore (although I am sure there are others).
